No-burn definition

No-burn. Day: A "No-Burn" day means any day on which the California Air Resources Board prohibits agricultural burning or the District prohibits open burning.

  • SPE Subsidiary means any Subsidiary formed solely for the purpose of, and that engages only in, one or more Securitization Transactions.
