No-Build definition

No-Build means the decision to not proceed with a project or procurement.
No-Build means using the "Normal" APCD/KIPDA procedure except
No-Build means to take no further construction action on Sections B, C, and D, thus this area of the Parkway right-of-way would remain undeveloped if retained by the National Park Service. As a result, no additional viewsheds would be available to the visitor, there would be no impact on traffic flow inside or outside the Park, and no impact on the environment. There is essentially no cost associated with the No Build option.

More Definitions of No-Build

No-Build. Areas. Pursuant to Section 3.A of the main agreement, Project Owner and its parent company, NextEra Energy Resources, LLC, shall conduct no future development in any of the shaded areas depicted on the map below.
No-Build option (Appendix 1) means that no development will occur on the property. This option is not very feasible in this particular instance because Hunter and Umlauf are determined to have some kind of development on the property. Also, if Hunter and Umlauf decide not to build, and then sell the property, the next owner will probably build on it unless there is some sort of conservation easement. For the conservation easement option to have economic benefit to Hunter and Umlauf, the property will have to be purchased by the RLF, and they do not have the money to purchase the property. Although Hunter and Umlauf are not considering the “no build” option, it is still important to us in this analysis as a baseline to which we will compare all of the other options.
No-Build. Alternative: The No Build Alternative assumes completion of the following project in the vicinity: ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Boulevard widening project: Construction pending. No other changes to the existing roadway configuration are anticipated for the analysis of this alternative. The project location of the project lies within the area bounded by ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Boulevard to the north, Pier A Street to the south, Fries Avenue to the west and Marine Avenue to the east. The exact project location options are currently being analyzed; the following two locations are the preferred options: This alternative would involve the construction of cast-in-place port- tension concrete box girder bridge structure spanning over the railroad tracks leading to Fries Avenue and Avalon Avenue. The elevated bridge structure will be designed for a minimum 24.5-foot vertical clearance with the planned railroad tracks.
