No Access Areas definition

No Access Areas means those areas where no pilot or public access is permitted unless a legal right exists, because the areas are leased for Commercial Activity, are used for Port purposes, or contain critical weather-related apparatus, shown on Exhibit 'A' attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
