Examples of NNTE in a sentence
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that NNCL, NNTE or NNAL are liquidating or in the event that they are closing the facility at which the Chinese Owned Inventory is located, NNCL, NNTE or NNAL, as the case may be, may by written notice to the Purchaser terminate such six (6) month period on the date that is the later of (x) three (3) months after Closing and (y) ten (10) Business Days after the date of such written notice.
For up to six (6) months from the Closing Date (or until such earlier date as is specified in the last sentence of 2.1.11(a)), none of NNTE, NNCL or NNAL shall transfer its respective right, title or interest in the Chinese Owned Inventory to any Person other than a Designated Inventory Purchaser.
