Examples of NN3PC in a sentence

  • The Borrower shall take all actions which shall be necessary on its part to enable NN3PC and LHSE to perform their obligations under the Project Agreement, Concession Agreement and NN3PC Agreements, and shall not take or permit any action which would interfere with the performance of such obligations.

  • The Borrower shall appoint an IMA, to be contracted by NN3PC, in consultation with ADB and in accordance with appropriate procedures acceptable to ADB.

  • NN3PC shall furnish, or cause to be furnished, to ADB such plans, design standards, specifications and work schedules, and any material modifications subsequently made therein, all as required and in accordance with the Common Terms Agreement.

  • The Borrower, LHSE and NN3PC shall (a) comply with ADB’s Anticorruption Policy (1998, as amended to date) and acknowledge that ADB reserves the right to investigate directly, or through its agents, any alleged corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practice relating to the Project; and (b) cooperate with any such investigation and extend all necessary assistance for satisfactory completion of such investigation.
