NMWTRA definition

NMWTRA means the North and Mid Wales Trunk Road Agency, who act as the highway agents of the WM and exercise functions relating to the management and operation of the relevant part of the strategic highway on behalf of the WM pursuant to an agreement between the WM and Gwynedd Council under section 6 of the Highways Act 1980. In practice therefore, the procedural matters contained in this Part will be dealt with by NMWTRA on behalf of the WM.

  • CSAM or "Credit Suisse" (or any combination thereof).

  • SORA means, in respect of any Singapore Business Day “i”, a reference rate equal to the daily Singapore Overnight Rate Average published by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (or a successor administrator), as the administrator of the benchmark, on the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s website currently at http://www.mas.gov.sg, or any successor website officially designated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (or as published by its authorised distributors) (the “Relevant Screen Page”) on the Singapore Business Day immediately following such Singapore Business Day “i”; and

  • IMRO means the Irish Music Rights Organisation CLG.

  • OWRA means the Ontario Water Resources Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.40, as amended;

  • CESA means the California Endangered Species Act (Fish & G. Code, § 2050 et seq.) and all rules, regulations and guidelines promulgated pursuant to that Act.
