  • Extending the review period will enable the NMS Stock ATS to amend its disclosures, if appropriate, and allow Commission staff to conduct a thorough review of amendments to the initial disclosures provided on the initial Form ATS-N.

  • LULD Functionality becomes effective for an option traded on the Exchange when the underlying NMS Stock has entered into a Limit State or Straddle State.

  • When an underlying NMS Stock is subject to a Trading Pause, the Exchange System will halt trading in options overlying the affected NMS Stock pursuant to Rule 504(c).

  • LULD Functionality remains in effect for the duration that the underlying NMS Stock is in a Limit State or a Straddle State.

Related to NMS Stock

  • Company Stock means, collectively, the Company Common Stock and the Company Preferred Stock.
