NMC ACCOUNTS definition
NMC ACCOUNTS means depository accounts maintained by the Parent or the Borrower, the sole purpose of which are to hold funds transferred to a Loan Party under Network Management Contracts, which depository accounts are listed in Part C of Schedule 5.01(x).
