NMBM definition

NMBM means the Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan Municipality, a metropolitan municipality established in terms of Section 12 of the Local Government: Municipal Structures Act No. 117 of 1998 and includes any employee entitled to or duly authorised to perform any function or duty in terms of this Policy and/or responsible for the implementation of this Policy or any part thereof;
