NLC Amount definition
NLC Amount means the amount set forth on Schedule III hereto corresponding to the line entitled "NLC 90-day warehouse financing", which represents the amount required to be reserved for warehouse financing to be provided by the Company to National Lending Center, Inc. for a period not to exceed 90 days following the closing of the Asset Sale.
