All budget revisions and modifications must be in accordance with the EOF Regulations, Section N.J.A.C. 9A:11-6.11.
As noted within N.J.A.C. 9A:11-6.14 of the EOF Regulations, the Grantee must maintain records that adequately identify the source and application of funds, the services rendered, and the individuals served.
