NIUM means Nium Fintech Ltd, company number 09039850 with a registered office of 05-132, 1 Poultry, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Nium, in the issuance of Electronic Money in GBP such as the Electronic Money issued. incard is acting as ▇▇▇▇’s EMD Agent with respect to Electronic Money in GBP. Please refer to the Nium Terms for further information. Nium is authorized by the FCA under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (register reference 901024 for the issuing of Electronic Money.
NIUM is Nium Pte Ltd. and the Client and Nium are each a “Party,” and together, the “Parties”. The Services in this Agreement are provided by Nium from Singapore. You will access and use Services offered by Nium strictly in accordance with this Agreement, any Fee Schedule (defined below) and the Documentation (defined below).

  • Before being able to use the Services of InstaReM (powered by NIUM), we have to perform mandatory customer verification.

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the service provided by InstaReM (powered by NIUM) will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of British Columbia.

  • Among other functions, InstaReM (powered by NIUM) provides customer service and other functions and arranges delivery of funds to Recipient abroad.

  • NIUM FINTECH LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated in England (company number 09039850) (Nium UK), provides Services under Part A of Schedule 2 (UK Services).

  • Termination of the Agreement shall not release either party from any existing obligations or from any liabilities for any antecedent breach of any of the terms of these terms & conditions and will not relieve the Client of any obligations the Client may owe to InstaReM (powered by NIUM) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions prior to its termination.
