Nitrogen Supply System definition
Nitrogen Supply System means the facilities owned and operated by Seller at the location referred to in the second WHEREAS clause above for the supply, production, compression, storage and vaporization of nitrogen to be delivered hereunder.

Seller has installed or will install a communications system from the metering equipment to the Oxygen Supply System and Nitrogen Supply System by a mutually acceptable route over Buyer's property.
