Nitrogen Removal Services definition

Nitrogen Removal Services means the nitrogen removal services provided pursuant to the NRSA. Nomination has the meaning given clause 6.2(a).

Nitrogen Removal Services has the meaning given in clause 5.1(b). Nitrogen Removal Services Agreement means any nitrogen removal services agreement entered into between the Service Provider and any Nitrogen Removal Services Customer.   • Basic municipal services means a municipal service necessary to ensure an acceptable and reasonable quality of life, which service – if not provided – would endanger public health or safety or the environment.

  • Maritime cargo handling services means activities exercised by stevedore companies, including terminal operators, but not including the direct activities of dockers, when this workforce is organised independently of the stevedoring or terminal operator companies.   • Appraisal management services means one or more of the following:
