Related to NIS Cooperation Group
Person means any individual, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, association, joint-stock company, trust, unincorporated organization or government or any agency or political subdivision thereof.
Aggregation Group means either a Required Aggregation Group or a Permissive Aggregation Group as hereinafter determined.
Qualified Medical Practitioner means any person legally authorized by the Government with jurisdiction in the geographical area of his or her practice to render medical or surgical service, but excluding a qualified medical practitioner who is the Insured Person or an Immediate Family Member of the Insured Person.
Business Cooperation Agreement refers to the Exclusive Business Cooperation Agreement entered into on May 14, 2018 by and between Pledgee and Party C which is partly owned by Pledgor.
Crossed Group With respect to any Mortgage Loan, such Mortgage Loan and all other Mortgage Loans that are cross-collateralized and cross-defaulted with such Mortgage Loan.
SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.
Required Aggregation Group means (a) each qualified plan of the Employer in which at least one Key Employee participates or participated at any time during the Plan Year containing the Determination Date or any of the four preceding Plan Years (regardless of whether the Plan has terminated), and (b) any other qualified plan of the Employer which enables a plan described in (a) to meet the requirements of Code sections 401(a)(4) or 410.
Peer-reviewed medical literature means a scientific study published only after having been critically reviewed for scientific accuracy, validity, and reliability by unbiased independent experts in a journal that has been determined by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors to have met the Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts submitted to biomedical journals. Peer-reviewed medical literature does not include publications or supplements to publications that are sponsored to a significant extent by a pharmaceutical manufacturing company or health carrier.
Affiliated Group means any affiliated group within the meaning of Code Section 1504(a) or any similar group defined under a similar provision of state, local or foreign law.
Designated Group means - i) Black designated groups; ii) Black People; iii) Women; iv) people with disabilities or v) Small enterprise, as defined in Section 1 of National Small Enterprise Act, (102 of 1996)
Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:
SpinCo Group means (a) prior to the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that will be a Subsidiary of SpinCo as of immediately after the Effective Time, including the Transferred Entities, even if, prior to the Effective Time, such Person is not a Subsidiary of SpinCo; and (b) on and after the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that is a Subsidiary of SpinCo.
Combined Group means a group of corporations or other entities that files a Combined Return.
Qualified ground water scientist means a scientist or engineer who has received a baccalaureate or post-graduate degree in the natural sciences or engineering, and has sufficient training and experience in ground-water hydrology and related fields as may be demonstrated by state registration, professional certifications, or completion of accredited university courses that enable that individual to make sound professional judgements regarding ground-water monitoring and contaminant fate and transport.
Clinical Nurse Specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.
Parent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(c).
Controlled Group of Corporations has the meaning set forth in Code Section 1563.
the Group means the Company and its subsidiaries from time to time and for the time being.
Post-hospitalization Medical Expenses means medical expenses incurred during predefined number of days immediately after the insured person is discharged from the hospital provided that:
Insurance group means all subsidiaries of the Company that are regulated insurance or reinsurance companies (or part of such regulatory group) pursuant to the Applicable Supervisory Regulations.
Retained Group means the Seller, its subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings from time to time, any holding company of the Seller and all other subsidiaries or subsidiary undertakings of any such holding company (except members of the Group);
Health Plans when immediately preceded by “Trident,” shall mean the Trident International employee health benefit plans, any other medical, HMO, prescription drugs, vision, and dental plans and any similar or successor plans and (ii) when immediately preceded by “Fountain,” shall mean employee health benefit plans, any other medical, HMO, prescription drugs, vision, and dental plans and any similar or successor plans program to be established by Fountain under Section 6.7(a).
Health plan means Insurance Company of Scott and White.
Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;
Group means a “group” as that term is used in Section 13(d) of the 1934 Act and as defined in Rule 13d-5 thereunder.
