Ninety- (90-) day period definition

Ninety- (90-) day period means the period of time commencing upon the occurrence of a first false alarm, and terminating ninety (90) consecutive days thereafter.

  • The Tenant/Buyer shall notify the Landlord/Seller in writing of the exercise of this option at least ten (10) days prior to the expiration of the Ninety (90) day period.

  • Termination due to a breach stated above shall be effective ninety (90) days after notice of termination to the defaulting party if such default has not been cured within such Ninety (90) day period.
