Nil Report definition

Nil Report means a Remitter’s Report or Sub-Remitter’s Report containing no data, filed by a Remitter or Sub-Remitter in respect of a Data Period in which no EEE was supplied;
Nil Report means the information return to be submitted to the BIR, which provides that the Reporting Financial Institution maintains no reportable accounts in respect of a given Reporting year;
