NIL Materials means the approved likeness, biography, photos and other approved promotional materials provided by Licensor. including the professional name use by Licensor and the names of others whose work is embodied on the Content, including the Performer.

Examples of NIL Materials in a sentence

  • All NIL Materials provided by Licensor to INgrooves shall be deemed approved.

  • All NIL Materials provided by Licensor to Naxos China shall be deemed approved.

  • Licensee shall then remove any such NIL Materials, and/or use best efforts to cause any Licensee Partners to remove any such NIL Materials within five (5) business days of such notice.

  • In the event that Writer does not furnish NIL Materials which are acceptable to Publisher then, Writer shall have the right to approve any photographs, likenesses and biographical materials selected or commissioned by Publisher provided that Writer’s consent to the NIL Materials shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed and shall be deemed given within five (5) business days after the date such materials are made available to Writer.

  • Writer shall furnish to Publisher a suitable quantity of NIL Materials for the purposes of this paragraph 6, within five (5) business days after Publisher’s request therefor.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing license shall be granted on a perpetual basis to the extent any of the Player NIL Materials are integrated into existing media during the term of this Agreement, including in respect of any highlight clips, compilations, or adaptations of such media created following the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

  • Publisher’s inadvertent failure to obtain Writer’s approval of NIL Materials shall not be deemed a breach hereof, and Writer shall not be entitled to injunctive relief to restrain the continuing use of any material used in contravention of this paragraph.

  • Licensee shall have the right to permit Licensee Partners, successors and designees the right to use the approved NIL Materials as outlined in this subparagraph.

  • All NIL Materials provided by Licensor to Licensee shall be deemed approved.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Licensee shall have the right to rescind approval over any NIL Materials upon written notice to Licensee.
