NIKE Products means all Products in connection with which, or upon which, the NIKE name, the Swoosh Design, the NIKE AIR Design, the Basketball Player Silhouette (“Jumpman”) Design or any other trademarks or brands (e.g., Jordan, Converse) now or later owned or controlled by NIKE (collectively, “NIKE Marks”) appear.

Examples of NIKE Products in a sentence

  • If the full Cash Purchase Price is not received by March 1 in any Contract Year, NIKE shall invoice UNIVERSITY for all NIKE Products ordered for the applicable Contract Year at NIKE’s published wholesale prices.

Related to NIKE Products

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • Additional Products means products, services and applications that are not part of the Services but that may be accessible, via the Admin Console or otherwise, for use with the Services.

  • Combination Products means any product containing both a pharmaceutically active agent or ingredient which constitutes a Licensed Product and one or more other pharmaceutically active agents or ingredients which do not constitute Licensed Products.

  • Red Hat Products means Software, Services, Subscriptions and other Red Hat branded offerings made available by Red Hat.

  • Eligible Products collectively means certain Dell and Dell EMC hardware, software product(s) and services related to the Dell Technologies Client Solutions Group (“CSG”) and Infrastructure Solutions Group (“ISG”) lines of business in the product categories (each an “Eligible Product Category”).   • Designated Products means products provided by Motorola to Licensee with which or for which the Software and Documentation is licensed for use.
