NIH Grant definition

NIH Grant means any award made under the NIH-Industry Program: Discovering New Therapeutics Uses for Existing Molecules.
NIH Grant means the research grant number 5UO1HJ004085/02 dated September 7, 2006 (and any extensions or continuation thereof) from the National Institutes of Health of the United States government for creating and developing animals for use in research efforts to the extent REGENERON supplies LICENSED PRODUCTS or performs LICENSED SERVICES under said grant or contract.
NIH Grant means any award made under the NCATS Drug Rescue Program to AMC for Research Proposal [insert identifying information].

  • The Receiving Party will not use the Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information except in connection with the Program, including disclosure to the NIH under the NIH Grant application and terms of any award, or as necessary to practice its rights under Article 9.

  • Should the NIH Grant be awarded in a sum of up to $1 million (one million Dollars), the Employee shall be entitled to 4,000 (four thousand) Options, subject to the Terms as aforesaid.

  • HIMSS may refer collection of any unpaid Fees to an attorney or collections agency.

  • In the event that a NIH Grant has been awarded, and paid to the Company, then the Employee shall be entitled to additional Options (the “Additional Option”) as follows: Should the NIH Grant be awarded in a sum of up to $0.5 million (half a million Dollars), the Employee shall be entitled to 2,500 (two thousand five hundred) Options, subject to the Terms as aforesaid.
