Night-time Hours definition

Night-time Hours means those hours after sunset and before sunrise. Sunset and sunrise times can be obtained from the Perth Observatory website at www.wa.gov.au/perthobs, by contacting the Perth Observatory on 08 9293 8255, or from the Geoscience Australia website at www.ga.gov.au/geodesy/astro/sunrise.jsp .
Night-time Hours means the hours between six p.m. and seven a.m. Monday through Friday and six p.m. to nine a.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Night-time Hours means from one-half hour before sunset to one-half hour after sunrise.

  • Construction Activity noise levels shall not exceed an hourly Leq of 75 dB(A) or an Lmax of 86 db(A) during the hours of 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, and 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Saturday and Sunday (Nighttime Hours) unless accommodations described in Condition 4 are provided and all other conditions below aremet.
