  • If Buyer does not provide notice of objections to Seller as set forth above, then Buyer shall be deemed to have waived any remaining uncured objections and accepted the Non-Identified Parcel Title Commitment; provided that Buyer shall be deemed to have objected to, and the same shall be deemed NI Noted Exceptions, any monetary encumbrances and any exceptions to Seller’s sole ownership of fee title to the entire estate.
