NHCE definition

NHCE or "Non-Highly Compensated Employee". An Employee described as a Non-Highly Compensated Employee in Section 12.

NHCE means an Employee who is not an HCE.

Examples of NHCE in a sentence

  • The HCE Group Average Percentage may not exceed 1.25 times the NHCE Group Average Percentage.

  • For Plans with nine (9) to eleven (11) eligible NHCEs, the allowable number of NHCE allocation rates cannot exceed three (3).

  • The allowable number of NHCE allocation rates depends on the number of eligible NHCEs, limited to twenty-five (25).

  • For Plans with twenty (20) to twenty-nine (29) eligible NHCEs, the allowable number of NHCE allocation rates cannot exceed five (5).
