NGX Technology definition
NGX Technology means any Know-How that is necessary for the manufacture, release and/or quality control (including without limitation laboratory testing) of the Components that either (a) is Controlled by NGX on the Effective Date or (b) comes within NGX’s Control during the term of this Supply Agreement or (c) that CPL is obligated to provide to NGX under Section 2.8 of the CPL Agreement.
