NGPL Contracts definition

NGPL Contracts means the Agreement Regarding Facilities Necessary for Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America to Receive Gas from American Central Gas Technologies, Inc. in Panola County, Texas, and an Operational Gas Balancing Agreement with Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America referred to Section 2.7.
