NGO Consortium means a group of non-governmental organizations comprising of Focus 1000, Concern Worldwide, Street Child of Sierra Leone, Humanity and Inclusion operating as Handicap International, FoRUT and Plan International Sierra Leone working with the Project Implementing Entity to implement its Respective Part of the Project.
