NGN Amount definition
NGN Amount means an amount in NGN equal to the amount which would otherwise be the Party B Floating Amount, or, as the case may be, Party B Final Exchange Amount under the Swap payable immediately before the relevant Interest Payment Date or, as the case may be, Maturity Date in each case divided by the number of Notes then outstanding and rounded down to the nearest NGN 1.
