  • For purposes of this Agreement, the phrase “environmental reports provided to Purchaser by the Sellers” shall mean those environmental reports available in the Private Mini Storage Master Due Diligence War Room in the ShareFile’s Virtual Data Room established by NGKF (the “ShareFile Data Room”) as of 5:00 PM EDT on October 24, 2013.
