NGFA definition

NGFA means the National Grain and Feed Association.
NGFA refers to the National Grain and Feed Association’s applicable trade rules; and (c) “GAFTA” refers to the Grain and Feed Trade Association. If any of these Terms contradict a term or provision of the Trade Rules, these Terms shall govern the Sales Agreement. The applicable Trade Rules are available from Greenfield upon request.

Examples of NGFA in a sentence

  • In the event of a conflict between the terms set forth in this Agreement and the NGFA Rules the terms set forth herein shall control.

  • All disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the NGFA Rules.

  • All disputes regarding nonconforming product shall be settled pursuant to NGFA rules.

  • ALL CONTRACTS INVOLVING BEANS WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE NATIONAL PULSE TRADE RULES OF THE UNITED STATES DRY BEAN COUNCIL, EXCEPT THAT NGFA ARBITRATION SHALL APPLY.

  • If the Goods are commodity grains products, or millfeed or grain by-products, the parties to this contract agree that the sole remedy for resolution of any and all disagreements or disputes arising under or related to this contract shall be through arbitration proceedings before the National Grain and Feed Association (NGFA) pursuant to the NGFA® Arbitration Rules.

  • The parties agree that the sole forum for resolution of all disagreements or disputes between the parties arising from or relating to any grain contract between Buyer and Seller or relating to the formation of any grain contract between Buyer and Seller (including, but not limited to, any statutory or tort claims arising from or relating to the relationship between the parties) shall be arbitration proceedings before NGFA pursuant to NGFA Arbitration Rules.

  • Copies of the NGFA Grain Trade and Arbitration Rules are available from Buyer upon request and are available at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.

  • Unless otherwise provided herein, this Contract, and all other grain contracts by and between Buyer and Seller, shall be subject to the Grain Trade Rules of the National Grain and Feed Association (NGFA), which Trade Rules are incorporated herein by reference.

  • THE PARTIES AGREE THAT THE SOLE REMEDY FOR RESOLUTION OF ANY AND ALL DISAGREEMENTS OR DISPUTES ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE THROUGH ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS BEFORE THE NGFA PURSUANT TO THE NGFA ARBITRATION RULES.

  • Except as otherwise expressly provided for herein, this Agreement is subject to the NGFA Trade Rules in effect on the date hereof, which are incorporated herein by reference.

  • GFA means gross floor area;

  • UNICEF means the subsidiary organ of the United Nations established by the General Assembly pursuant to resolution 57(I) of 11 December 1946.

  • SUVA means Specific Ultraviolet Absorption at 254 nanometers (nm), an indicator of the humic content of a water. It is calculated by dividing a sample’s ultraviolet absorption at a wavelength of 254 nm (UV254) (in m-1) by its concentration of dissolved organic carbon (DOC) (in mg/L).

  • Coalition means an alliance of two or more political parties formed for the purpose of pursuing a common goal and is governed by a written agreement deposited with the Registrar;

  • Organ procurement organization means a person designated by the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services as an organ procurement organization.
