NFS Fee has the meaning given in Schedule 1. NFS Name and Logo: the NFS name and logo as shown at Schedule 2. Payments: Payments for goods and services collected by the NFS from users which cannot attract Gift Aid.

Examples of NFS Fee in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, such increase/decrease in the NFS Fee shall not apply to Funding collected prior to the date of the notice submitted by NFS under this clause 4.6.

  • Costs: the NFS Fee and Third Party Costs deducted by NFS from the Funding paid to you (to cover the NFS and third party costs of collecting and paying the Funding to you) as set out in Schedule 1.
