No permit, consent, approval or authorization of, or declaration to or filing with, any governmental authority is required in connection with the execution, delivery and performance by NFRRC of this Agreement, or the consummation by NFRRC of the transactions contemplated hereby except as expressly contemplated herein.
NFC shall deliver (or cause to be delivered) to NFRRC file-stamped copies of, or filing receipts for, any document filed as provided above, as soon as available following such filing.
