  • NFR (Not for Resale) Copies: Notwithstanding other sections of this License, Apple Software labeled or otherwise provided to you on a promotional basis may only be used for demonstration, testing and evaluation purposes and may not be resold or transferred.

  • The Licensee may use the Software supplied as NFR or trial version exclusively for verifying and testing the Software features.

  • The Licensee shall not use the Software obtained on a trial version or Not-For-Resale ("NFR") basis in any way in order to avoid payment of the License Fee under clause 10 below.
