NFL Rules definition

NFL Rules means the Constitution and Bylaws, rules and regulations of the NFL and/or the Management Council.
NFL Rules means the constitution and bylaws of the NFL and the NFL Management Council, including any amendments to such documents and any interpretations of such documents issued from time to time by the NFL Commissioner; all rules, regulations, practices, and resolutions of the NFL or the NFL Management Council; any existing or future agreements entered into by the NFL or the NFL Management Council; and such other rules or policies as the NFL, the NFL Management Council or the NFL Commissioner may issue from time to time that are within the issuing party’s jurisdiction.
NFL Rules means (x) the Constitution and Bylaws of, and other rules, regulations, resolutions, agreements and requirements of or issued by, the NFL and/or any other NFL Entity (as defined herein), as they presently exist and as they may, from time to time, be entered into, created or amended; and (y) any action taken by the commissioner of the NFL or any person having authority delegated by the commissioner of the NFL pursuant to any document, policy, rule, regulation, resolution or requirement referred to in clause (x) of this definition. “NFL Entities” means collectively, NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Productions LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Properties LLC, NFL International LLC, all of the NFL member clubs (including the Club), any successor or future entity that is, directly or indirectly, jointly owned and/or controlled by all or substantially all of the NFL member clubs, or owns assets that produce revenues that are required to be shared with other NFL member clubs under the NFL Constitution (including any such entity controlled by the NFL member clubs and the Club collectively) and each and all of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns.

NFL Rules means the terms and provisions of the constitution; bylaws; rules, regulations, and policies of the NFL and the resolutions of its Board of Governors; collective bargaining agreements to which the NFL or any National Football League Club is a party; all consent decrees and settlement agreements entered into between or among the NFL and its National Football League Clubs (or the NFL, any National Football League Club and/or other Persons) in furtherance of NFL business or interests or as otherwise authorized directly or indirectly by the NFL Board of Governors, the NFL Commissioner, or the NFL Constitution; and any national network agreements between the NFL and third parties, as now or hereafter in effect from time to time during the Term.
NFL Rules means the NFL Constitution and the Articles of Association and Bylaws of the NFL Management Council, including any amendments to either such document and any interpretations of either such document issued from time to time by the NFL Commissioner; all operative NFL or NFL Management Council resolutions; any existing or future agreements entered into by the NFL or the NFL Management Council, including any television agreements or any collective bargaining or other labor agreements (including any NFL player salary guarantees and pension fund agreements); any agreements made in settlement of any litigation against the NFL, the NFL Management Council, or the NFL member clubs (including litigation against such clubs, or agreements made by such clubs, jointly or collectively); and such other rules, standards, bulletins, guidelines, directives, decisions, or policies as the NFL, the NFL Management Council, or the NFL Commissioner may issue from time to time.
NFL Rules means (i) the Constitution and Bylaws of, and other rules, regulations, resolutions, agreements and requirements of or issued by, the NFL and/or any other NFL Entity, as they presently exist and as they may, from time to time, be entered into, created or amended; and (ii) any action taken by the commissioner of the NFL or any person having authority delegated by the commissioner of the NFL pursuant to any document, policy, rule, regulation, resolution or requirement referred to in clause (i) of this definition. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, but all of which taken together shall constitute one single agreement. This Agreement may be delivered by electronic transmission of an executed counterpart by any signatory hereto, and electronic transmission shall be the same as delivery of an original ink counterpart. Licensee shall keep the terms of the Agreement strictly confidential and shall not disclose any such information to any other person or entity. The obligations set forth in this Section 20 shall survive expiration or termination of the Agreement
