NFFO definition

NFFO means the Non-Fossil Fuel Obligation;
NFFO means the Company’s “Normalized Funds from Operations” as defined in the Company’s most recent Form 10-K or 10-Q at any given time, subject to adjustment as described in Section 1(g) hereof.
