  • You shall not be liable for any Card Transactions carried out after we have been notified of the loss, theft or disclosure of your NFC SIM Card.

  • When we are notified of the loss, theft, unauthorised use or disclosure of your NFC SIM Card or PIN, your Card and Card Account will be terminated, and the provisions of Clause 5.3 will apply.

  • Should you discover that your NFC SIM Card is lost, stolen or used without your authorisation or your Card is used without your authorisation, you shall notify us immediately of the loss, theft or unauthorised use by calling our Customer Service Hotline at 1800 111 1111 or by notifying us in writing.

  • You must keep your Card(s) and NFC SIM Card securely and ensure that your Card Account details and PIN are not disclosed to any other person.

  • Cardholder is required to apply for a new BEA i-Pay with a NFC SIM Card provided by another Mobile Network Operator if the Cardholder switches to another Mobile Network Operator which provides a new NFC SIM Card subject to the terms and conditions and/or service plan(s) of such Mobile Network Operator.

  • Cardholder shall immediately destroy the NFC SIM Card before disposing of any NFC SIM Card smartphone or any NFC SIM Card on which BEA i-Pay has been installed.
