Nextel User Data definition
Nextel User Data means both individual and aggregate data, including Transmission Data, generated in connection with a user’s use of the Nextel Online Internet Service or otherwise exchanged between Nextel and users.
Nextel User Data means both individual and aggregate data generated in connection with a Customer's use of the Nextel Online Wireless Internet Service or otherwise exchanged between Nextel and Customers. Nextel User Data includes, but is not limited to: the identity of the transmitting and receiving parties, the time and length of the communication and the location of the transmitting party as determined by Nextel.
