Nextel and shall be deleted from Section 10; (f) Exhibits A-0, X-0, X-0, X-0, and I-1 shall no longer be applicable during the remaining Term except to the extent applicable as a result of a Party’s exercise of the rights provided under Section 18(c). Notwithstanding such a change in the definition of “Nextel User”, Nextel and its Affiliates shall continue to have, with respect to Nextel Users who are not Boost Users, the rights provided in Section 2 for the same periods of time that they would have had under Section 18(c) of this Agreement if the Agreement had expired or terminated on the effective date of such change in definition.

  • AEMO means the Australian Energy Market Operator Limited (ACN 072 010 327).

  • Digital Health has the meaning ascribed to it in the Accountability Agreement and means the coordinated and integrated use of electronic systems, information and communication technologies to facilitate the collection, exchange and management of personal health information in order to improve the quality, access, productivity and sustainability of the healthcare system;

  • TSO means the CCR Hansa TSO(s) unless it is explicitly otherwise stated.
