Newtel shall have the meaning ascribed to in the SPA.
Newtel means Newtel Participações S.A., a publicly-traded corporation (sociedade anônima de capital aberto), organized under the laws of Brazil, headquartered in the City of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, at Rua Xxxxx Xxxxxx, 116, Suite 4102, enrolled in the CNPJ under no. 02.604.997/0001 -14, owner of 51% of the voting shares of Seller.
