NewSub definition
NewSub means any new subsidiary (including R&M Western Partnership or any other partnership) organized by or on behalf of the Partnership to become a substitute member or partner of any Joint Venture at the First Closing in place of the existing Midland Affiliate that is a member or partner thereof.
NewSub means Boyds Operations, Inc., a Delaware corporation newly-formed on or prior to the Closing Date and wholly-owned by Borrower.
