News information definition

News information means any knowledge, observation, notes, documents, photographs, films, recordings, videotapes, audiotapes, and reports, and the contents and sources thereof, obtained by a newsperson while engaged as such, regardless of whether such items have been provided to or obtained by such newsperson in confidence.

News information means information regarding current events, recent events, newsworthy events and current affairs likely to be of interest to Broadcaster's target listeners in the Markets and also includes sport and weather information. PERSONALITY means a recognised voice, characterisation or personality. PRODUCTION SERVICES means the provision of the Production Resources as required by clause 5. PRODUCTION RESOURCES means at the Commencement Date the resources specified in Schedule 5, together with any other resources that are used by the Broadcaster exclusively for production of News Bulletins for the Stations immediately prior to the execution of this Agreement and in possession of the Broadcaster and during the Term News report broadcasting agreement / page 7 means those production resources required to be maintained by the Broadcaster under clause 5 (c).
