NewHoldCo definition
NewHoldCo means MJA Beauty, LLC a Delaware limited liability Company formed prior to the Petition Date by certain estate trusts established by the Nussdorf Family and the Garcia Group, which shall be the parent company of the Reorganized Debtors.
NewHoldCo shall have the meaning assigned to that term in the definition of “Permitted Equity Financings.”
NewHoldCo means the amalgamated corporation resulting from the amalgamation pursuant to Section 3.1(i) hereof;
