New Version Release definition

New Version Release means a new version of the Covered Product containing new features or enhancements to functionality. A New Version Release is designated by an increase in the version number. e.g. from 2.5 to 2.6. A New Version Release only includes releases of the Covered Product in a language included in Your Covered Product’s configuration.

Examples of New Version Release in a sentence

  • Uila will provide Maintenance and Support as described herein for the most current Maintenance Releases made with respect to the current New Version Release and the last two New Version Releases immediately preceding that release.

  • New Version means any new version of the Software that the Contractor may from time to time introduce and market generally as a distinct licensed product, as may be indicated by Contractor's designation of a new version number.

  • Work release means a program of partial confinement

  • Software Release means any subsequent version of Software provided by EMC after initial Delivery of Software, but does not mean a new Product.
