New Software Version definition

New Software Version means a major Software release whose primary purpose is to add new functionality or to enhance the performance of the Software, which is identified by an increment in the first number before the dot separator of the Software version. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a New Software Version will not include new software or modules (whether or not branded as OutSystems software) that OutSystems may market and price separately.
New Software Version means Software enhanced with new functionality made generally available for use by several customers (e.g. Beamex Software v2.0 >> Beamex Software v3.0).
New Software Version means a uniquely identified, revised and improved release of MODTM 5 Software (supplied by Licensor or vendors recommended by Licensor) directed to improve process efficiencies and/or reliability designated by a version number.

Examples of New Software Version in a sentence

  • If a New Software Version is released during Subscription Term, and Customer has paid the fees, the New Software Version will be made available by OutSystems to the Customer.

  • If a New Software Version is released during a Subscription Term, and Customer has paid the Fees, the New Software Version will be made available by OutSystems to the Customer.

  • If a New Software Version is released during Subscription Term, and Customer has paid the Fees, the New Software Version will be made available by OutSystems to the Customer.

  • If a New Software Version is released during Subscription Term, and Customer has paid the fees, the New Software Version will be made available by Reliant EHS to the Customer.
