New Second Secured Notes definition
New Second Secured Notes means (a) $200 million aggregate principal amount of Hexion U.S. Finance Corp./Hexion Nova Scotia Finance, ULC Second-Priority Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2014 and (b) $625 million aggregate principal amount of Hexion U.S. Finance Corp./Hexion Nova Scotia Finance, ULC Second-Priority Senior Secured 9 3/4% Notes due 2014.
New Second Secured Notes means the 15% Senior Secured PIK Notes due June 15, 2009, issued by the Borrower pursuant to the Second Secured Note Indenture and any other securities issued pursuant to the Second Secured Note Indenture at any time.”
