New Receivables definition

New Receivables means for any calendar month the aggregate amount of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in respect of new Receivables generated by the Originator in such calendar month.
New Receivables means credit card receivables originated on Converted Accounts after the applicable Conversion Date.
New Receivables is equivalent to Originator Sales.

  • If the Administrator supplies no information to the Indenture Trustee in its Determination Date Administrator Report concerning New Receivables Funding Amounts or payments on any Variable Funding Note in respect of an Interim Payment Date, then the Indenture Trustee shall apply no Available Funds to pay New Receivables Funding Amounts or to make payment on any Note on such Interim Payment Date.

  • Prior to (i) the occurrence of a Facility Early Amortization Event or (ii) the receipt by the Indenture Trustee of a Cease Pre-Funding Notice, the Indenture Trustee shall apply the portion of the New Receivables Funding Amount requested by the Issuer (or the Servicer on its behalf) to “Noteholders’ Amounts” (as defined below) in accordance with this Section 4.3(e).

More Definitions of New Receivables

New Receivables means any other receivables outstanding over 90 days than those mentioned in Schedule 2 to the Agreement;
New Receivables means, on any Receivables Payment Date, any and --------------- all Receivables which have not been treated as or become Purchased Receivables on any prior Receivables Payment Date.
New Receivables refer to any account receivables pledged by the Pledgor to the Security Agent and those over which the Pledgor has the right to claim payment from relevant Obligors under the New Underlying Contracts, and any rights, interests and benefits to the Pledgor on such receivables.

Related to New Receivables

  • Review Receivables means those Delinquent Receivables that have been Delinquent Receivables for 60 days or more as of the last day of the preceding Collection Period identified by the Servicer as requiring an Asset Representations Review by the Asset Representations Reviewer following receipt of an Asset Representations Review Notice according to Section 3.01.

  • Receivables means the Accounts, Chattel Paper, Documents, Investment Property, Instruments and any other rights or claims to receive money which are General Intangibles or which are otherwise included as Collateral.

  • Subject Receivables means, for any Asset Representations Review, all Receivables outstanding and held by the Issuer that are more than 60 days delinquent as of the first day on which the Review Conditions are satisfied.
