New Procedure means the introduction of any change in the nature of the Employer's work, operations, undertaking or business or in the manner in which the Employer carries on its work, operations, undertaking or business which might or does result in the displacement or layoff of any Employee(s). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, "new procedure" shall be deemed to include:

New Procedure means a method, process, or test that is not included within STEROIDS' SOPS, but which is requested by UNITED THERAPEUTICS in writing that STEROIDS perform.

New Procedure means a procedure not previously performed in the FCC by any Visiting Medical Officer or a process for carrying out procedures performed by Visiting Medical Officers in the FCC which has not previously been used in the FCC.

  • The definition of "New Procedure" shall be as given in Clause 40.02.

  • The aforementioned injury to persons or property specifically includes, without limitation, alleged infringement of patent or other intellectual property rights of third parties by the manufacture, use, or sale of API or the use of a New Procedure.
