New Portal means the new Client-branded web portal to be launched, hosted, and operated by Client after the effective date of Amendment #5 to the Agreement, which shall operate as a replacement to the existing Client Branded Portal. Client in its sole discretion will determine the URL for such portal, and currently anticipates that the portal will be accessible at the URL ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.
