New Pole definition

New Pole means a Light Pole, Utility Pole, or Stand-Alone Pole that does not exist at the time of Licensee’s application to the City for approval of the installation of Facilities on such structure. A Replacement Pole is not a New Pole.

Examples of New Pole in a sentence

  • If a new Pole falls or is damaged such that there is an imminent threat of harm to persons or property, then the city may cause the New Pole to be removed to the side of the street or a location that City believes reasonably eliminates the right of such imminent threat or harm to persons or property.
