New Platform means new opportunities! By distinguishing itself from other "traditional" social networks, TikTok undoubtedly represents strong opportunities for an advertiser seeking out a new audience on uncharted territory. But beware: what works elsewhere will not necessarily work on TikTok. It’s therefore difficult to predict the number of views for a video and the strong surprises (good or bad) it may bring. New Platform means any new fund or program, additional investment or capital commitment to an existing fund or program, new capital source, joint venture, or other similar arrangement pursuant to a definitive Contract with any Person identified on the New Platform Schedule included in Annex A, with respect to which MF REIT will receive an asset management fee or any similar fee, and/or a promote interest or similar security. For the avoidance of doubt, PGGM (and its Affiliates) will not be identified on Annex A.
