New Packaging definition

New Packaging means containers, boxes, or other packaging materials that are for use in connection with Licensee Business Products and that are manufactured or produced, or otherwise do not physically exist until, after the Closing Date.
New Packaging has the meaning as defined in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Packaging means the assembly of components necessary to ensure compliance with the packaging requirements of these regulations. It may consist of one or more receptacles, absorbent materials, spacing structures, thermal insulation, radiation shielding, and devices for cooling or absorbing mechanical shocks.
